Fees:

Fees are as stated on the "Buy Now" Form for each product offered.

We reserve the right to have promotional special offers available from time to time.

A deposit of 25% is payable upon submiting the "Buy Now" form.

Once we have received your order and deposit, should you choose to cancel prior to you forwarding information/content/images we will refund any monies paid.

The remainder of the fees are payable upon completion of the website ordered

 

 

General Terms & Conditions:

Website design products offered are as described on our website (www.welcome2websitedesign.com).

Domain names are subject to availability.

The free domain name offer only applies to the first year of registration. Thereafter the client will be responsible for continued registration of the domain name.

Free website hosting is available for one year only, thereafter continued website hosting fees are payable.

Free updates included with our template designs are only available during your free hosting period, thereafter fees are payable.

One free email address with webmail access is offered with each website, for each extra email address required a fee is payable.

All website content is to be provided by the customer.

Websites will normally be completed in five working days of receipt of the contents text and images.

We reserve the right to redesign the structure of the websites on offer without prior notification.

We reserve the right to limit the size of websites.

We reserve the right to remove websites without refunding any fees for publishing any of the following:

• Libellous statements
• Pornographic or offensive material
• Spam emails
• viruses, worms, trojans, unlicensed software (available to the public) or promote copyright infringement or any other illegal activity.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the content of their websites.

Customers are responsible for all claims arising from any breach of copyright or content inaccuracy.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising as a result of use or reliance on these website design products.

By submitting our "Buy Now" form you (the customer) are agreeing to our term and conditions.

These terms and conditions may be subject to alterations at any time with out notice.
